Our product

Reservations for restaurants and venues that care how a guest feels.

GamePlan is our own platform, in use in real dining rooms and event spaces. It is the clearest example of what Constant Change means by exceptional customer experience.

What it does

Reservations and waitlist
Online booking, phone bookings, and a live waitlist in one view, so the host sees the whole night instead of three screens.
Tables and the floor
Sections, table combinations, and turn times that reflect the actual room, with a timeline that shows where the pressure is coming from.
Guest profiles
Visit history, seating preferences, allergies, and notes that follow the guest across locations, so regulars are recognized by whoever answers the phone.
Confirmations and reminders
Text and email confirmations, reminders, and easy changes, which is where most no-shows are quietly prevented.
Events and large parties
Inquiries, deposits, and menus for private dining and venue bookings, handled in the same system as a Tuesday two-top.
Reporting for operators
Covers, no-shows, wait times, and repeat visits by night and by location, in a form a general manager reads before service.

What building it taught us

Friday night is the spec

A reservation platform is judged at 7:30 PM on the busiest night of the week. Building GamePlan taught us to design for the peak, not the average, and that shows up in every client engagement.

The staff is the user too

Guests never see most of the product. Hosts, servers, and managers do, under pressure, on a tablet, with one hand. Operator experience is customer experience one step removed.

Small teams, weekly releases

We ship GamePlan in small, frequent releases so improvements reach dining rooms quickly. That same cadence is how we run every standing product team.

Run a restaurant or venue?

GamePlan has its own site with pricing and a demo. If you would rather talk to the people who built it first, we are easy to reach.
